These terms govern the general conditions for contracting the web design and development services offered by Webuy Digital Studio. By contracting our services, the client accepts the conditions described herein.
Webuy Digital Studio offers web design, development, redesign, and maintenance services. The specific scope of each project is defined individually through a proposal agreed upon by both parties before work begins.
Service contracting is formalized when the client accepts in writing (including digital means such as email or WhatsApp) the proposal presented by Webuy Digital Studio, which includes work description, estimated timelines, and payment conditions.
Timelines indicated in the proposal are estimates and are subject to timely delivery of materials by the client. Delays in content delivery or reviews by the client may proportionally extend project timelines.
Each proposal includes a set number of revision rounds. Modifications exceeding what was agreed or involving substantial changes in scope may generate additional costs, which will be communicated and agreed upon with the client beforehand.
Once full payment is completed, the client receives usage rights over the developed website. Source code created specifically for the project becomes the client's property. Webuy Digital Studio reserves the right to use the project as a portfolio reference unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Payment conditions are specified in each individual proposal. As a general rule, projects require an initial payment to begin work. Accepted payment methods and payment schedules are agreed upon before starting each project.
If the client decides to cancel the project once started, they must pay for work completed up to the cancellation date. The initial payment is non-refundable once work has begun.
Webuy Digital Studio guarantees that the delivered website will function correctly as specified in the proposal at launch. Technical issues attributable to development will be corrected at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery.
Webuy Digital Studio is not responsible for data loss, third-party hosting service interruptions, issues arising from modifications made by the client or third parties without our supervision, or misuse of the delivered website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Maldonado, Uruguay.
